Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital journal purchases and downloadable items are non-refundable and non-returnable once your order has been completed. As these products are delivered instantly, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Physical Products

If your physical journal or other tangible product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue so we can review your request.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or another appropriate resolution, depending on the circumstances.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior approval.

Natural Products

Many of our wellness products are made from natural materials. As a result, slight variations in colour, size, shape, texture, or pattern are a natural part of their unique beauty and are not considered defects. This includes products such as crystals and other natural materials we may offer.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, new product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we'll do our best to keep you informed.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. While we work with trusted shipping partners, occasional delays may occur that are outside of our control.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply in their country.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. Achelois cannot be held responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we'll gladly help investigate with the shipping carrier.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We'll review your request and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
