Products

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. Returns & Exchanges

At Achelois, each product is created with care and intention. We truly hope your purchase brings moments of peace, reflection, and joy.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital journal purchases and downloadable items are non-refundable and non-returnable once your order has been completed. As these products are delivered instantly, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Physical Products

If your physical journal or other tangible product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue so we can review your request.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or another appropriate resolution, depending on the circumstances.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior approval.

Natural Products

Many of our wellness products are made from natural materials. As a result, slight variations in colour, size, shape, texture, or pattern are a natural part of their unique beauty and are not considered defects. This includes products such as crystals and other natural materials we may offer.

If you have any questions about your order, please don't hesitate to contact us at hello@achelois.co.uk. We're always happy to help and will do our best to find a fair solution.

Thank you for choosing Achelois. Every order is carefully prepared and packaged with intention, and we truly appreciate your patience while we get it ready for its journey to you.
